When you use Haraya Estates, we collect:

• Account information: your email address and password (handled securely by our authentication provider, Supabase), and your full name and phone number if you provide them.
• Listing information: property details, photos, and contact information (name, phone, email) you submit for a listing.
• Reviews: star ratings and comments you post on listings.
• Usage data: which listings you save, session cookies used to keep you logged in, and basic technical data (such as IP address) collected automatically by our hosting provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your listings, reviews, and contact details to other users as intended by the Service
• Let you save properties and manage your submissions
• Review and moderate submitted listings before publishing them
• Communicate with you about your account (e.g., email confirmations, password resets)
• Maintain and improve the Service

3. What Is Shown Publicly

The contact name, phone number, and email address on an approved listing are visible to anyone who views that listing, including people who are not logged in. Your reviewer name is shown alongside any review you post. Your account password, and your profile phone number (unless you added it as listing contact info), are never shown publicly.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us run the Service, currently:

• Supabase— database, authentication, and photo storage
• Vercel— website hosting

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and listing information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or a listing, associated data is removed from the Service, though some information may remain in backups for a limited period.

6. Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be informed about, access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also update your name, phone number, and email directly from your Profile page, or edit/remove your own listings and reviews at any time.

7. Cookies

We use cookies solely to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
